We are a team of passionate bubble egg waffle and bubble tea lovers. In December of 2017, we decided to introduce the authentic Hong Kong egg waffles to Houston. Bubble Egg is a specialty Asian Café that offers authentic Hong Kong egg waffles (made to order), unique flavors of ice cream, and bubble tea drinks.
